My son has always wanted to do a party at Chuck E. Cheese and we kinda have always waved it off since we just stuck with the at home party gig. We decided to make his dreams come true this year since he was getting older and book a party. It was unbelievable easy, affordable and every kiddo and adult that attended the party had a blast! Everything was taken care down to the awesome goodie bags. Every parent that attended the party said they would be doing the same thing going forward and we will be having our other kiddos parties here going forward. Miss Ashley was our party host and was so sweet, friendly and on it. When we have another party here down the line we will be asking for her again. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for making our sons dreams come true and for making it so easy for us!

Filthy filthy filthy!!! Almost every table filthy floors filthy nobody watching their kids who are trying to steal cards and tickets food wait time an hour and never got our entire order gross location on wee
Response to owner I can't click that link to reply but trust me when I say nearly every table was filthy and you were clearly at max capacity and still letting people in. Floors were filthy bathrooms filthy. We ordered the appetizer tray and never received it just overall awful. -

Worse place to come so expensive . Took 1 hr to get my burnt pizza and wings . It was not that busy to make any excuses. Save your money and go to John incredible pizza . Unlimited pizza , salad , and dessert . For the same price and more options on games . A lot cleaner .

I highly recommend this Chuck E Cheese location! I'm a regular at this location where I take my 3 year old son once to twice per week! After, at least, 12 months worth of weekly visits, my experience with the manager and staff, food, and games has been fantastic!

So many bad reviews, but have not personally experienced what they are complaining about. My nieces and nephew love coming here. They have so much fun. Way bigger and has better games than the diamond bar one where I grew up. They separated the big kids and little kids games which really helps cause the big kids are rough and the little ones can play without the big kids bothering them.
The food does take a while to come out but it's ok since it give the kids more time to play. Surprisingly their stuffed crust pizza is quite tasty. We come here once in a while for the lunch pizza buffet and it's worth it. They bring out different variations of pizzas with toppings like jalapeños pineapple pepperoni sausage mushrooms cheese etc. sometimes they neglect to refill it when they get busy but the workers get right on it if you bring it up to them.
Be sure to look on the website for coupons cause even with the coupons we end up spending a lot of money here. They have coupons for token cards and food discounts. On Wednesday's they have unlimited game play for an hour on the cards so it gets pretty busy. It's a great deal cause the kids breeze through those credits in no time when it's not unlimited. There's also coupons online for unlimited play. It's the best deal.
On weekdays they also have a lunch buffet of pizza and salad. It's $8 for adults and $6 for kids. That's worth it too since buying a pizza here is pretty expensive.
Any time the games run out of tickets or malfunctions, it's easy to get someone to come help.
The girls that work here are cute too so that helps haha cuteness aside, they are friendly and patient. My nieces and nephew take forever to decide what they want when they are exchanging the tickets for the prizes and the workers are super patient and friendly with them.
Once an hour they have Chuck E. Cheese gather all the kids and makes it rain tickets. The kids love that.
Overall 5 stars since it's clean, it's big with lots of games, friendly employees, decent food, and safe environment for the kids to play. Plenty of parking too.
